So here we have another shot of Heidi Montag or should i say Heidi whoretag on an attempt to smile after her 100 surgeries (literally) which she got all in one day (omg shes still alive)!!! I cant help but laught at her (lol) she tries too hard! I find it cute though (aw) in a weird way! Is okay Heidi, we all know you're a camera whore and yes, you're smiling a bit even though that means your botox is wearing off (omg).
